Special Month Apil: Chicken Ranch Wraps Super Deliciouse

Ranch and chicken are a match made in heaven. Ever since I can remember, ranch was the only sauce I would dip my chicken in. What’s not to love about creamy zesty ranch.

If you’re a huge fan of ranch dressing like I am, than you’re going to fall in love with these chicken and ranch wraps. They are extremely easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time for work or meal prep.

You can find Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch in the dressing aisle at your local supermarket or Walmart super store. It comes in 3 delicious flavors. You can go with the Classic Ranch or spice things up with the Cucumber Basil or Chili Lime!

The holidays are upon us. Which usually means life gets a little more hectic and we all feel rushed. Healthy eating tends to wain and good lifestyle choices fall to the wayside. When life gets like this I go for the ‘wrap’…in this case The Ranch Chicken Wrap! (This post contains affiliate links)

Wraps are so simple and take only minutes to assemble. For ‘The Ranch Chicken Wrap’ I fill a tortilla with chopped lettuce, diced avocado and tomato, leftover chicken (or turkey!), and drizzle it all with ranch dressing. Lunch in five minutes!

In my experience finding a suitable ranch dressing is the challenging part. I don’t like bottled ranch dressings. They either have questionable ingredients or they don’t taste good. Neither works for me.

For the chicken, you can use rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, fresh grilled chicken or any type of cooked chicken you have on hand. To make the wraps, simply fill an 8” tortilla with cheese, cooked chicken, minced cilantro and lots of ranch dressing. Grill on a pan for a few minutes per side to crisp up the tortilla and melt the cheese.

If you’re in the mood for more, go ahead and add some diced avocado, tomatoes, cooked bacon, lettuce or whatever your little heart desires and enjoy these tasty wraps any time of the day!

So I started making my own ranch dressing and it’s a cinch! I use sour cream, whole milk, a little lemon juice and a packet of Naturally Free Real Food Ranch Seasoning. My friend Loriel makes these seasoning packets herself with all natural ingredients you would use at home!

for 1 serving

  • 1 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup  shredded chicken (125 g)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoons  ranch dressing


  1. Place two slices of provolone on a whole wheat tortilla, followed by lettuce, shredded chicken, sliced tomatoes and ranch dressing.
  2. Roll into a wrap and place in a reusable container with fruits and veggies for sides.
  3. Enjoy!
