Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizza is one of our most popular recipes along with our Omelet Breakfast Croissant Boats and Egg Muffins. There’s simply nothing better than waking up to the smell of bacon and eggs, but this time it’s in pizza form!

Meet Jon's favorite breakfast: Bacon Breakfast Pizza. There are as many variations of this as there are breakfast foods. I'll include some suggestions after the “recipe”.

This recipe starts with refrigerated pizza dough, and is topped with delicious KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, found in the cheese aisle at my local Safeway store. KRAFT Natural Cheese now comes in a new Stand Up Pouch, which has the same amount of cheese as before in the pillow pack, but with less packaging and a convenient stand up pouch making it easier for scooping, pouring, and storing. I love that it takes up less room in the fridge since it easily stands up.

You can find the new stand up pouches at your local Safeway stores. Now on to the recipe! Start by rolling out the dough into a rectangle shape and brushing it with olive oil, then sprinkle on KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese and some green onions.


  • olive oil
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • cooked bacon
  • hash brown, cooked
  • 3 eggs
  • fresh chives, chopped
  • black pepper, freshly ground


  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF (232 ºC).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough (homemade or store bought). Add olive oil.
  3. Cover with whatever toppings you prefer.
  4. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preference. We cooked it until the egg whites were cooked, but the egg yolks were still runny. But you do you.
  5. Enjoy!
