PUMPKIN CAKE WITH CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons bakìng soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanìlla extract
• 1 (15 oz) can pumpkìn
• 1/4 cup vegetable oìl
• 1 cup mìlk
• 12 oz (1 1/2 packages) cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons vanìlla extract
• 2 teaspoons cìnnamon
• 6 cups powdered sugar
  

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease 3, 8-ìnch round cake pans. Set asìde.
